Smiling Mums

As you may know, “mum” is the slang term for the Chrysanthemum plant. The word is derived from the Greek words for “gold” and “flower.” The reason this flower looks so happy is that not only does it come in a variety of vibrant colors, it’s used to treat many ailments. What’s that saying? The more you give, the more you get, the happier you are. This flower is a great example of that, to be sure.
